Sales And Marketing Officer

We are looking for a confident, proactive and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate business for anti-smog guns and VRV air-conditioning systems. The role involves identifying prospects, building relationships, conducting client meetings and following opportunities through to order closure.

Target Customers

• VRV systems: Consultants, interior designers and corporate clients.
• Anti-smog guns: Existing commercial establishments, including office complexes, commercial buildings, malls, hotels and facility management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers through market research, networking, calls, digital outreach and field visits.
• Build relationships with consultants and interior designers to identify upcoming projects and generate enquiries for VRV systems.
• Approach corporate clients and commercial establishments to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Arrange client meetings, site visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
• Collect preliminary technical requirements and coordinate with the engineering team for system selection, proposals and quotations.
• Explain product features, applications, benefits and commercial terms clearly.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations, support negotiations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Maintain an updated record of leads, meetings, quotations, follow-ups and expected closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, installation and after-sales support.
• Follow up on payments as per agreed commercial terms.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and submit regular activity and sales reports.
