Cafe Manager

1. Cafe Operations Management: Manage daily cafe operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Staff Management: Supervise cafe employees, assign duties, manage attendance, and maintain staff discipline.
3. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Management: Monitor daily sales, achieve sales targets, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
5. Billing & Cash Handling: Ensure accurate billing, cash management, payment processing, and daily sales reconciliation.
6. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
7. Food Quality & Hygiene: Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards across the kitchen and cafe.
8. Kitchen Coordination: Coordinate with chefs, kitchen assistants, and stewards to ensure timely order preparation and service.
9. Play Zone Management: Ensure the play area is clean, safe, well-maintained, and properly supervised for children.
10. Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and family-friendly environment for customers and children.
11. Staff Training: Train employees on customer service, hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
12. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily sales reports, stock reports, attendance records, and other MIS reports.
13. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of food items and other materials.
14. Safety & Maintenance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and promptly report equipment or maintenance issues.
15. Marketing & Promotions: Support promotional activities, customer engagement, and local marketing initiatives to increase footfall.
16. Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and escalate major concerns to management.
17. Cost Control: Monitor wastage, control operating expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources.
18. Management Coordination: Provide regular updates to senior management regarding sales, staff performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges.
