Reservation Specialist

Responsible for assisting customers with travel arrangements, planning tours and holidays, making bookings, providing travel information, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is generally preferred. Freshers may also be considered for entry-level positions.

Plan and organize domestic and international tours.

Handle flight, hotel, transport, and tour package bookings.

Communicate with customers to understand their travel requirements.

Prepare travel itineraries and tour packages.

Provide information about destinations, visas, travel documents, and travel policies.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, cancellations, and changes.

Maintain booking records and customer information.

Promote travel packages and tourism services.

Follow up with customers before and after their trips.

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
