Role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage and oversee the production team responsible for assembling kits and ensuring timely completion of production requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the production team involved in kit assembly and packing.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor availability of components and identify low-stock or required items.
• Prepare and communicate material requirements to the Purchase Department on time.
• Coordinate with the Purchase Department to ensure required materials are available for production.
• Maintain proper records of production, material usage and pending requirements.
• Ensure quality, accuracy and proper packaging of finished kits.
• Identify production delays, shortages or issues and report them to management.
• Ensure proper discipline, workflow and productivity within the team.

Requirements

• Good team management and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and production processes.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain production records and follow up on requirements.
• Experience in automotive/tractor spare parts, sealing products or kit assembly will be preferred.
• Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented.
