## 📋 Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented *E-commerce Executive* with hands-on experience in *Unicommerce* to manage online marketplace operations, process orders, maintain product listings, and ensure a seamless customer experience across multiple e-commerce platforms.

## ✅ Key Responsibilities

* 🛍️ Manage daily operations across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and the company website.

* 💻 Handle order processing, inventory updates, and dispatch management through *Unicommerce*.

* 📦 Monitor order fulfillment, returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

* 📊 Maintain accurate inventory levels across all sales channels.

* 🏷️ Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.

* 🚚 Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch.

* 📈 Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

* 🎯 Manage promotions, offers, and marketplace campaigns.

* 💬 Resolve customer queries and coordinate with marketplace support teams.

* 🔍 Monitor product availability and reduce stock-outs and overselling.

* 🤝 Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve online business performance.

## 🎯 Requirements

* ✔️ 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations.

* ✔️ Hands-on experience with *Unicommerce* is mandatory.

* ✔️ Experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, or similar platforms.

* ✔️ Good understanding of inventory management and order processing.

* ✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

* ✔️ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* ✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
