Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching & Instruction: Deliver lectures and hands-on laboratory practicals in subjects like hematology, clinical biochemistry, microbiology, and pathology.
  • Curriculum Management: Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and exam papers, and update course materials.
  • Lab Supervision: Oversee laboratory safety, maintain equipment, and manage inventory and quality control protocols.
  • Student Assessment: Evaluate assignments, internal tests, and practical board examinations.
  • Mentorship: Guide students through clinical internships, research projects, and career development. [1, 2]
