Job Description
Nadi Health (Zyvai Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) is a healthcare software company helping small clinics and independent doctors go fully digital — running their patient queue, sending prescriptions on WhatsApp, billing, and records, all from a phone.
We're looking for a field sales executive to visit clinics, meet doctors, and onboard them onto our platform. This is an on-ground role — your day is spent visiting clinics and building relationships with doctors and their front-desk staff.
If you've worked as a Medical Representative or in pharma / medical device / diagnostic lab sales, you already know how to reach doctors and build clinic relationships — this role uses exactly those skills, but you'll be introducing software instead of medicines.
What you'll do
- Visit clinics and small hospitals in your assigned area every day
- Meet doctors and clinic owners, explain the software, and give a quick demo on your phone
- Onboard interested doctors and help them get started on the platform
- Build ongoing relationships with clinics and their reception/front-desk staff
- Share a simple daily report of your visits and onboardings
Who we're looking for
- Experience selling to doctors, clinics, or hospitals is strongly preferred — Medical Representative (MR), medical device sales, diagnostic lab sales, or healthcare/health-tech field sales
- Comfortable visiting clinics daily and speaking with doctors
- Good spoken Hindi and basic English
- Own two-wheeler preferred (daily field travel)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentive: ₹2,000 for every doctor you successfully onboard and get started on the platform
- Strong performers can earn well above their base through incentives
Experience: 2–4 years in field sales (healthcare / pharma / medical sales preferred)
