Marketing Executive

About the Role

Achintya Durjay Foundation is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing, outreach, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build relationships and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the Foundation’s programs and initiatives.

* Generate leads through field marketing, networking, calling, social media, and other channels.

* Build and maintain relationships with clients, institutions, partners

* Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for outreach and growth.

* Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, events, seminars, and activities.

* Handle social media promotion and coordinate with the content/design team when required.

* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

* Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports and update management on progress.

* Achieve assigned marketing and lead-generation targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

* Represent the Foundation professionally during meetings, events, and external activities.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

* Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.

* Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

* Target-oriented and proactive approach.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.

* Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities when required.

Preferred Candidate

* Graduate in Marketing or a related experience 

* 1–3 years of marketing/business development experience preferred.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
