Job Description

We are looking for a smart and confident Female Sales & Marketing Executive to handle customer enquiries and support our sales activities.


Key Responsibilities


* Attend incoming customer enquiries and leads

* Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp

* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services

* Follow up on leads generated through social media and advertisements

* Share plant photos, quotations and product information with customers

* Maintain proper records of leads and customer follow-ups

* Coordinate with nursery and management for orders

* Develop relationships with existing and potential customers

* Support sales conversion and repeat business
