Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Life Insurance Trainer to train and develop our sales and calling teams. The candidate will conduct training sessions on life insurance products, policies, benefits, processes, and sales techniques. Responsibilities include new-hire induction, product and process training, refresher sessions, role plays, call quality improvement, and performance coaching. The trainer will prepare training materials, assessments, and knowledge checks while identifying individual and team training gaps. Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills are essential. Candidates should have good knowledge of life insurance products, sales processes, and industry practices, with relevant training or insurance experience.
