Job Description

  • Handle IndiaMART, GeM, WhatsApp & social media enquiries.
  • Call, qualify and convert leads into orders.
  • Prepare quotations and timely follow-ups.
  • Manage GeM product listings, bids & documentation.
  • Respond to Instagram & Facebook enquiries.
  • Coordinate with sales & dispatch teams for order execution.
  • Maintain customer records, lead status & daily reports in Excel/ERP.
  • Drive lead conversion and online B2B sales.
