Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property site visits, and achieving monthly sales targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
  • Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable options.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers and investors.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
  • Negotiate deals and facilitate successful property transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits (preferred).
