Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Visits: Travel daily within the assigned territory/area to meet potential customers and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pitch to new clients through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and field networking.
- Product Pitching: Give effective product demonstrations and explain company services clearly to convert prospects into customers.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Payment Collection: Coordinate onboarding processes and handle client payment collections smoothly.
- Reporting: Submit accurate daily sales and visit reports to the Team Lead or Sales Manager.
