# Job Description – Bajaj Metro NCMC Card Sales Executive

**Project:** Bajaj Pay – NCMC Metro Card Sales  

**Designation:** Sales Executive  

**Job Location:** Metro Stations  

**Salary:** ₹20,000 per month (Fixed)  

**Working Hours:** 8 Hours per Day  

**Employment Type:** Full-Time  

**Experience:** Freshers & Experienced Both Can Apply

### Job Responsibilities

- Engage with commuters at metro stations and introduce them to the Bajaj NCMC Metro Card.

- Explain the features, benefits, and usage of the NCMC card to customers.

- Assist commuters with the application and registration process.

- Generate new customer leads and drive card sales.

- Maintain daily sales records and share updates with the Team Leader.

- Achieve assigned sales goals and maintain good customer relationships.

### Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic customer-handling and convincing abilities.

- Willingness to work at metro stations.

### Dress Code

- Company/project uniform and cap are mandatory.

- Candidates must maintain a neat and professional appearance.

### Salary & Benefits

- Fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month.
