Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Scientist who can work with large datasets, develop predictive models, identify business trends, and generate actionable insights to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Python, SQL, statistics, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and predictive algorithms.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Build, test, and optimize statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to solve business problems.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to understand data requirements.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Understanding of Statistics and Probability.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms.
• Knowledge of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib.
• Experience in Data Visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Data Preprocessing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Data Science or Data Analytics.
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge and relevant projects may also apply.
• Candidates should have good problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities.
