Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Test AI agents (voice calls, chatbots, internal tools) before launch using real-life
scenarios
2. Listen to call recordings and review chat logs daily, and flag wrong answers, unnatural
responses, and failures
3. Maintain a QA tracker covering issues, severity, segment, and status
4. Suggest script and prompt improvements to the development team
5. Re-test fixes and confirm they work before sign-off
6. Check that data is logged correctly in CRM and Sheets after each interaction
7. Collect common customer questions and objections to improve AI agents
8. Share a weekly quality report with the DDI Head
Mandatory Skills
Tools : Expert at Excel & Microsoft Office
Communications : Clear communication for reporting issues along with Excellent Hindi and
English, written and spoken
