Customer Support Executive

Job Title: Female – Customer Support & Sales Coordinator.

Kapatia Pvt Ltd is looking for a female candidate for customer enquiry handling, follow-ups, backend support and online advertising/social media activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Call/WhatsApp prospective customers and update enquiry status.
• Provide backend support to the sales and purchase team.
• Post and manage advertisements on Facebook, OLX and other online platforms.
• Maintain customer/enquiry data and reports in MS Excel.
• Draft and send professional emails, quotations and follow-up messages.
• Create basic promotional posts/advertisements using Canva or similar tools.
• Coordinate with customers and internal team until enquiry closure.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-up dates.

Required Skills: Good communication in Hindi & English, basic MS Excel, email handling, WhatsApp and social-media knowledge. Basic Canva/designing skills will be preferred.
