Job Description
Telesales ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads through telephonic communication and follow up regularly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and terms clearly.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth processing.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Prepare daily call and sales reports and update lead status.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
