Role Summary

We are hiring a CRM Executive to manage B2B client communication, coordinate sales orders, maintain CRM records, and prepare reports. The role is entirely office-based — no field visits required. Key Responsibilities

•      Handle inbound and outbound client calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails in English and Hindi

•      Maintain and update CRM database — client profiles, order status, payment follow-up, communication logs

•      Coordinate with the internal sales team and dispatch/logistics for order processing and delivery timelines

•      Send Performa invoices, order confirmations, and delivery updates to distributors and stockiest

•      Follow up with B2B clients on pending orders, reorders, and outstanding payments

•      Prepare daily/weekly reports on client interactions, open orders, and call summaries in Excel

•      Resolve client queries and complaints; escalate unresolved issues to senior team

•      Support the sales team with documentation, sample coordination, and lead tracking

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

•      English Communication (Mandatory): Must be able to speak, read, and write in English confidently.

•      Education: Graduate in any stream — BBA, B.Com, BA, B Pharma or equivalent

•      Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (data entry, filters, basic formulas, trackers), MS Word, and email

•      Interpersonal Skills: Confident on phone calls, patient, well-organized, and detail-oriented

•      Experience: 0–1 years in CRM, inside sales, client coordination, or customer service (freshers with strong English welcome)

 

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

•      Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry

•      Knowledge of pharma distribution: distributors, stockiests.

•      Familiarity with any CRM software.

•      Experience in B2B client coordination or inside sales support

•      Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month based on experience

•      Fixed working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | No odd-hour shifts or weekend pressure
