About the RoleWe are looking for an organized and detail-oriented MIS & Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with daily reporting, data management, sales coordination, and follow-ups. The candidate will work closely with Sales Executives, RSMs, Technical Team, and Management to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
• Track sales targets vs. achievements for individual sales executives and regions.
• Maintain sales, order, collection, demo, and customer databases.
• Track primary and secondary sales data.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards for management.
• Ensure accuracy and timely updating of all sales data.
• Identify gaps, pending follow-ups, and overdue activities.

Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with field sales executives and Regional Sales Managers.
• Maintain and update salon/customer databases.
• Track new leads, salon visits, product demos, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the Technical Team for salon product demonstrations.
• Track demo status and conversion after demonstrations.
• Follow up with the sales team regarding pending orders and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with accounts, dispatch, warehouse, and sales teams for order processing.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Data & Process Management

• Maintain Excel/Google Sheets and internal sales systems/DMS/CRM.
• Ensure all sales team members submit reports on time.
• Verify data received from different regions and highlight discrepancies.
• Prepare reports for management meetings.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related records.
• Required SkillsExcellent MS Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, filters, sorting, data validation, etc.
• Good knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM/DMS/ERP software will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working with large amounts of sales data.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, salon, consumer goods, pharma, or distribution-based companies will be preferred.
