Job OverviewWe are hiring energetic and target-oriented Collection Executives for the MobiKwik process. The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers regarding overdue payments, resolving payment-related queries, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining professional customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through outbound calls and follow up on overdue payments.
• Remind customers about outstanding dues and payment deadlines.
• Explain repayment options and assist customers with payment-related queries.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and closure of pending dues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection status.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
• Follow company policies and applicable guidelines for ethical and professional collections.
• Candidate RequirementsQualification: 12th pass or graduate preferred.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry.
• Ability to handle customer interactions and work toward collection targets.
• Experience in telecalling, recovery, or banking collections will be an advantage.
