Position: Client Relationship Manager / Sales Associate

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Associate / Client Relationship Manager to join our SaaS Tech Platform in the IT Sales. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and closure of deals. The candidate will be responsible for building strong client connections, handling customer queries, ensuring timely follow-ups, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.

* Qualify and nurture leads into potential clients and drive them to closure.

* Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos with clients to showcase IT products/services.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and exciting clients by understanding their requirements.

* Follow up regularly with clients and ensure timely responses to queries.

* Resolve client issues and escalate complex problems to relevant departments.

* Collaborate with internal teams (technical & support) to deliver client requirements smoothly.

* Maintain sales pipeline and update in the CRM with accurate lead and client data.

* Must update your daily report in the CRM on a daily basis.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and closures.

* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

* Proven experience in IT lead generation & lead closure.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Customer-first approach with problem-solving ability.

* Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities efficiently.

* Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

* Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Qualification & Experience:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT, CS (preferred).

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in Client Relationship / Sales / Business Development in the IT industry.

* Experience in handling B2B clients is a plus.

Criterion of the Salary & Benefits:

Salary Gross CTC: : 2.25 to 3.65 LPA
