Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through outbound calling, networking, digital channels and referrals.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business-development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and follow-up records.
Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of lead generation and client acquisition.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with follow-ups.
- Ability to independently develop new business.
- Experience in technology, digital marketing, data services or B2B services will be an advantage.
