Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new merchants, retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Promote and onboard fintech and digital payment products.
- Generate new business through field sales, referrals, and market visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, commissions, and benefits to potential clients.
- Handle onboarding, KYC/documentation, and activation processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for merchant/partner activation and issue resolution.
- Follow up with existing clients to increase transaction volume and product usage.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer/partner data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC, and applicable payment-industry guidelines.
