Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client enquiries, explaining property projects, arranging site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Present suitable residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits and client meetings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Negotiate and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain lead and customer records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth buying experience.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and confident personality.
- Ability to handle client objections and negotiations.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
