Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Pet Pooja Software is a must
Menu Management: Add/edit items, pricing, modifiers, taxes GST, discounts in Pet Pooja backend
Settlement: Perform day-end settlement, tally cash/card/UPI payments, handle voids & refunds
Inventory: Update stock in/out, raw material consumption, recipe mapping in Pet Pooja inventory module
Troubleshooting: Resolve basic POS issues like printer errors, sync failures, login issues. Escalate major bugs to support
Integrations: Check Zomato/Swiggy order syncing, caller ID integration, and online payment reconciliation
MS Excel & Reporting
Daily Reports: Export sales, item-wise, category-wise, and GST reports from Pet Pooja to Excel
Data Analysis: Use Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters to prepare daily sales MIS, food cost %, wastage reports
Reconciliation: Match Pet Pooja sales with Zomato/Swiggy payouts, bank statements, and cash register in Excel
Inventory Sheets: Maintain Excel sheets for vendor-wise purchase, stock ledger, and monthly consumption
GST Prep: Prepare GSTR-1 sales data from Pet Pooja reports for accounts team
Coordination: Work with kitchen, delivery partners, and accounts team for smooth operations
Documentation: Maintain hard/soft copies of bills, vendor invoices, and daily closing sheets
Required Skills
Must-Have: Hands-on experience with Pet Pooja POS + MS Excel formulas, Pivot, filters
Technical: Basic computer, email, printer setup, Windows OS knowledge
Accounting Basics: Understanding of GST, debit/credit, cash handling
Soft Skills: Fast typing, attention to detail, can work under pressure during lunch/dinner rush
Language: Hindi + English. Local language preferred
