Job Description

Job Responsibilities (Sales & Marketing Coordination Role)The main work responsibilities shall include:

1.0 Tender Search & Submission

  • Searching and identifying relevant government and private tenders.
  • Coordinating documentation, follow-up, and submission process.

2.0 Lead Generation Through B2B Platforms

  • Searching and managing inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B portals.
  • Responding to leads, sharing company profiles, and maintaining conversion data.

3.0 Customer Calling & Follow-Up

  • Calling prospective customers for lead conversion.
  • Following up on quotations, tenders, and technical requirements.
  • Maintaining communication logs and customer database.

4.0 Social Media & Digital Presence Management

  • Managing company pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
  • Preparing and posting content related to products/services.
  • Coordinating with digital marketing agencies if required.

5.0 Reporting & Coordination

  • Preparing weekly/monthly reports on leads, calls, tenders, and social media performance.
