Working Hours

10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Weekly Off:

One weekly off as per company policy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Billing, Accounts & Store Supervisor who can handle billing operations, basic accounting work, inventory management, customer handling, and supervise daily store activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Billing & Accounts:

Prepare customer bills and invoices accurately

Handle cash, UPI, card, and bank payment entries

Maintain daily sales and expense records

Manage party ledgers and outstanding payments

Coordinate with accountant/CA for GST and accounts data

Maintain purchase and sales records in software

Verify stock and billing entries regularly

Store Supervision:

Supervise daily store operations and staff

Ensure proper cleanliness and display of products

Monitor customer service quality

Handle customer queries and complaints politely

Ensure proper opening and closing of store

Inventory & Stock Management

Maintain stock records of aquarium products, pets, accessories, and medicines

Check inward and outward stock movement

Coordinate with suppliers for stock availability

Avoid stock shortages and overstocking

Conduct regular physical stock verification

Customer Data Management

Maintain customer database with:

Customer Name

Mobile Number

Address

Purchase Details

Follow up with customers for repeat business and pending payments

Reporting

Prepare daily and monthly sales reports

Share stock and billing reports with management

Maintain proper documentation and filing system

Required Skills

Knowledge of billing and accounting software( Tally/Vyapar)

Basic knowledge of GST and inventory management

Good communication and customer handling skills

Computer knowledge including Excel and Tally/Vyapar

Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude

Qualification:

Graduate or minimum 12th pass with relevant experience in Tally

Experience in retail store/accounting preferred

Salary:

Salary will depend on experience and performance.
