Business Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and drive product/service sales.
• Execute daily and monthly sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Engage in active listening, resolve client concerns, and de-escalate challenging conversations professionally.
• Clearly communicate product features and benefits, and identify customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
• Evaluate customer eligibility for services and maintain accurate sales records.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
• Implement feedback and best practices shared by supervisors to optimize results.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 0-6 months of experience in an international BPO/contact center, preferably in a sales role.
• Excellent spoken English and strong persuasion skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US business hours).
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and an English-medium education background may also apply.
