Telecaller

Yaadhum International is looking for enthusiastic and goal oriented Telecallers to handle student enquiries, promote training programs (SAP, IT & Skill based courses), and support student enrolments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for counselling and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students

Explain course details, fees, duration, and benefits clearly

Convert enquiries into student admissions

Maintain follow ups with interested leads via calls & WhatsApp

Support offline and online enquiries

Achieve daily call targets and monthly admission targets

Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM / Excel

Coordinate with counsellors, trainers, and management

Attend team meetings and meet deadlines consistently

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Graduate

Good communication skills in Tamil, English & Malayalam

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email)

Experience in education, training institute, or telecalling is an added advantage

Freshers with good communication skills can apply

Working Hours

Full-time:

6 days working (Sunday holiday / as per academy policy)
