Job Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct customer visits and generate sales enquiries.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Negotiate with customers and convert enquiries into business.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new markets and potential customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
