Site Supervisor/ Project Supervisor

Job PurposeWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor / Project Supervisor to lead day-to-day on-site operations across our residential and commercial building construction projects. In this field-based role, you will be directly responsible for managing an on-site team of 10 personnel/contractors, coordinating installation and civil works, enforcing site safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Candidates with practical experience or exposure to uPVC and Aluminium Doors & Windows (Fenestration systems) will have a strong advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• 1. Site Execution & Project DeliveryPlanning, organizing, and overseeing day-to-day site activities to ensure work progresses according to project timelines, approved drawings, and specifications.
• Managing, assigning daily tasks to, and supervising an on-site team of ~10 technicians, fabricators, and site workers.
• Coordinating with project managers, civil contractors, architects, and structural consultants to ensure seamless execution.
• Conducting regular inspections of completed works, identifying defects, snags, or deviations, and rectifying them proactively before client handovers.

• 2. Fenestration & Installation Management (uPVC / Aluminium)Overseeing the handling, delivery, unloading, and site storage of window and door profiles, glass panels, and associated hardware to prevent damage.
• Supervising the accurate surveying, sizing, plumb, level alignment, anchoring, and sealing/silicone applications for uPVC and Aluminium door and window systems.
• Ensuring installation complies with manufacturer guidelines, structural tolerances, and water-tightness/wind-load requirements.

• 3. Material & Inventory ControlVerifying incoming material deliveries against bills of quantities (BOQ) and purchase orders.
• Tracking on-site inventory, tools, and consumable usage to prevent wastage, theft, or misplacement.
• Raising timely requisitions for materials, hardware, and safety gear to prevent project downtime.

• 4. Safety, Compliance & Quality Assurance (QA/QC)Enforcing strict on-site health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, ensuring the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by the team.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and hazard-free site conditions.
• Preparing and submitting daily progress reports (DPR), attendance logs, and site measurement records to management.

• 5. General & Ad-Hoc DutiesPerforming other project-related duties, technical site evaluations, and operational tasks as assigned by management to support overall project completion.

• Candidate Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical field experience.

• Experience:

• 2–7 years of on-site supervisory experience in building construction, interior fit-outs, or facade/fenestration installations.
• Strong Plus: Prior hands-on experience in the installation, measurement, or fabrication of uPVC or Aluminium windows, doors, structural glazing, or curtain wall systems.

• Team Leadership: Proven track record of managing and motivating a site team of 10+ workers, fabricators, or sub-contractors.

• Technical Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, structural layouts, and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with measurement techniques, spirit levels, lasers, anchoring systems, and sealants.

• Communication & Mobility:

• Willingness to travel between project sites and work directly in the field.
• Clear communication skills with workers, vendors, and clients.
• Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, email) for daily site reporting.
