Job Description
We are hiring a Project Manager with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (BE/ME) to oversee Pre‑Engineered Building and civil construction projects directly at site. The role requires managing end‑to‑end project execution, supervising site activities, coordinating with design and construction teams, ensuring compliance with structural drawings, safety codes, and quality standards, while monitoring project timelines and budgets. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication with clients and stakeholders, and proficiency in project planning tools. Knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures, or BIM platforms will be an added advantage. This on‑site position offers the opportunity to lead complex industrial and civil projects from concept to completion, with career growth in construction management and strategic leadership.
