HR Manager

Job Title: HR Executive – NBFC Experience Preferred

We are looking for an HR Executive with prior NBFC experience to handle end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance support, employee engagement, performance tracking, training coordination, HR documentation, exit formalities, and overall HR operations. Candidate should have strong experience in hiring for branch, sales, credit, collection, audit, operations, and backend roles with good knowledge of labour compliance, HRMS, employee records management, and day-to-day HR administration. Candidate must be capable of independently managing complete HR activities for branches and head office operations.
