Job Description
- Visit customers at their residence or workplace for payment follow-ups.
- Collect overdue loan payments and achieve monthly collection targets.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and field visits.
- Maintain regular contact with customers regarding pending dues and payment commitments (PTPs).
- Submit daily collection reports and update payment status to the Team Leader.
- Identify and report untraceable customers and overdue accounts.
- Maintain professional customer relationships and follow company collection policies.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and the collection team to improve recovery performance
