Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Distributor / Channel Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our distribution network, onboarding new channel partners/dealers, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations and sales growth in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors, dealers, and retail partners to expand market reach.

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing distribution partners and channel accounts.

• Monitor inventory levels, handle stock distribution, and manage orders to ensure timely delivery.
• 
  
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Conduct regular market visits to assess distributor performance and gather competitive insights.
• 
  
• Coordinate with internal sales and logistics teams to resolve distributor queries or order delays.

• Implement promotional schemes and trade offers to boost secondary sales.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Channel Sales, B2B Sales, or Distribution Management.
• 
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• 
  
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• 
  
• Familiarity with local market dynamics and retail networks.
• 
  
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field visits.
