Automobile Sales Executive (Male Perferred)

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Welcome walk-in customers, determine their needs, and recommend suitable scooters or motorcycles.
• Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle specifications, compare models, and facilitate test rides.
• Financing & Insurance: Assist buyers with EMI options, pitch loan products, and coordinate with the on-site finance team.
• Documentation: Process KYC paperwork, insurance documents, vehicle invoicing, and RTO registration.
• Lead Generation: Follow up with leads generated from phone calls, showroom visits, and local marketing campaigns.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual dealership sales targets.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with motorcycle and scooter specifications, including electric vehicles.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to convince hesitant buyers.
• Driving License: A mandatory, valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Education & Experience: Typically a 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree, with 0–3 years in retail or automotive sales (though freshers are often welcome).
