WhatsApp Marketing Executive – WATI | Retail Campaigns & CRM

RIDH The Fabric Studio – Egmore, Chennai

We are looking for a WhatsApp Marketing Executive to manage our WhatsApp marketing and CRM campaigns using WATI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute WhatsApp broadcasts and drip campaigns.
  • Manage customer segments: New, Repeat, VIP & Lapsed.
  • Create and manage Meta-approved WhatsApp templates.
  • Build and improve WATI chatbot flows and enquiry capture.
  • Follow up with campaign leads and coordinate with the store/CRM team.
  • Track and report campaign performance weekly.

Requirements

  • 1+ year hands-on experience with WATI or similar platforms such as Interakt, AiSensy or Gallabox.
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API rules, opt-ins, templates and 24-hour messaging window.
  • Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Good written English and communication skills.
  • Tamil + English required; Hindi is an advantage.

Preferred

  • Retail / Fashion / D2C experience.
  • Canva and basic Instagram–WhatsApp marketing knowledge.

  • Job Type: Full-time, On-site
  • Working: 6 days a week
  • Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000/month, based on experience
