Sales and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase patient enquiries and conversions.
• Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and local marketing.
• Handle and follow up with enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Convert leads into consultation appointments and procedures.
• Build relationships with patients and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team regarding consultations and procedures.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports.
• Plan promotional campaigns, offers, events, and awareness activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop referral partnerships.
• Manage and motivate the sales/marketing team.
• Track competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in a cosmetic clinic, hospital, healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, or wellness industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
• Target-oriented with strong lead-conversion skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work independently.
• Proficiency in English and Tamil preferred.
