Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
● Promote and explain the company's products and services over the phone.
● Identify customer requirements and generate interest in the products.
● Schedule appointments and arrange meetings with potential customers.
● Visit customers in person and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
● Follow up with interested customers and handle their queries.
● Convert potential leads into successful sales.
● Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
● Maintain daily call reports, customer details, and sales records.
● Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth customer follow-ups and conversions
