*About the Role:*

We are looking for energetic Telesales Executives to drive Vi Prepaid / Postpaid / MNP / Broadband sales through outbound calls. You will be responsible for converting leads to gross sales and achieving daily targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers for Vi SIM sales, MNP port-in to Vi, Recharge plans, Postpaid conversion, and Vi Fibre

2. Achieve daily / weekly / monthly *GROSS & MNP* targets as assigned

3. Explain Vi plans, offers, 5G benefits, OTT bundles and close sales

4. Maintain call records, lead status and daily sales report in Excel / CRM

5. Follow up on warm leads and ensure 100% callback closure

6. Handle customer queries politely and resolve basic issues / transfer to retention team if needed

7. Ensure quality of sale - correct documentation, address verification, and activation

8. Adhere to TRAI & company compliance - No mis-selling

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

- Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree preferred

- Good communication in Tamil, English, Hindi (Tamil + English mandatory for Chennai)

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone handling

- Convincing skills, target-oriented mindset

- Prior experience in Telecom Telesales / Call Center / BPO is an advantage

- Gross sales per day, MNP conversion, Talk time, Login hours, QA score
