Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential customers and explain solar products and services.
- Generate leads through outbound calls.
- Schedule site visits/appointments for the sales team.
- Coordinate with the team for site assignments and follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update and maintain customer and site details in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally and maintain positive relationships.
Requirements
- Good communication and telecalling skills.
- Good knowledge of computer systems, MS Excel, and CRM/software.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site assignments.
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps/location tracking is an advantage.
- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
