Telesales Executive – InsuranceKey Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate insurance sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, and terms clearly.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain customer and lead records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good command of English and/or regional languages.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Target-oriented, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Previous experience in insurance, banking, telesales, or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
