💼 Job Role
Telecaller / Sales Executive – Loan Services
This is primarily a lead conversion and sales role. The company will provide you with customer leads, and your responsibility will be to convert those leads into successful loan cases.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
📞 Call leads provided by the company
🤝 Understand customers' financial requirements
💬 Explain suitable loan products and eligibility
📋 Collect and verify required customer details/documents
🔄 Follow up consistently with interested customers
🏦 Coordinate with the internal operations team
🎯 Convert qualified leads into successful loan applications/disbursements
📊 Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
🗂️ Maintain accurate follow-up and lead records
