Telecaller – Job Description

A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell financial products such as Business Loans, Loans Against Property (LAP), and Insurance products. The role involves generating qualified leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate and qualify leads for Business Loans, LAP, and Insurance products.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain loan/insurance features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation.
• Follow up regularly with customers and maintain lead records.
• Coordinate with the sales and processing teams for smooth case conversion.
• Achieve assigned monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide timely follow-up.
