Job Summary:

Growth Way Developers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BPO Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads for property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
• Explain project details and property offerings clearly.
• Generate and qualify leads for site visits.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred.
• Ability to convince and engage customers over the phone.
• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
