Job Description

We are looking for an Inbound Telesales Executive – Tamil to handle incoming calls and enquiries from job seekers and employers using our job portal app. The candidate will understand customer requirements, explain relevant services, and convert enquiries into successful sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and enquiries from job seekers, employers, and prospective customers.
• Communicate confidently with customers in Tamil and English.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable job portal services.
• Explain app features, subscription plans, job postings, recruitment solutions, and other paid services.
• Convert inbound enquiries into sales through effective communication and follow-up.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead details in the CRM or company system.
• Coordinate with the customer support and sales teams to resolve queries and complete transactions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inbound sales, telecalling, customer support, or inside sales.
• Excellent Tamil communication skills.
• Basic to good English communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Comfortable handling inbound calls and achieving sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or sales tools is an advantage.
• Target-oriented, confident, and willing to learn.
