JOB OPPORTUNITY –  1. CALL CENTER TELE-SALES EXECUTIVE (MEDICAL INSURANCE)

Locations: Chennai and Kochi, with possible expansion to Bangalore and future opportunities in Dubai.

Job Type: Full-Time  

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives  

Vacancies: 10 per location

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sell individual and family medical insurance policies.

• Contact leads, follow up with customers and convert them into sales.

• Explain policy benefits, premiums and coverage.

• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer records.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in medical insurance sales or tele-sales preferred.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Ability to convince customers and achieve sales targets.

• Bachelor's degree preferred. Higher Secondary candidates with relevant experience can also apply.

• Operations may expand to Bangalore, with potential future opportunities in Dubai.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to sell motor insurance policies and follow up on leads.

• Handle customer enquiries regarding vehicle insurance, policy coverage and renewals.

• Prepare insurance quotations and assist with policy issuance and cancellations.

• Help customers with initial motor claim reporting.

• Maintain customer records and achieve sales targets.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service or an insurance call center preferred.

• BPO experience is highly preferred.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Strong negotiation, customer-handling and sales skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of Indian regional languages is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Higher Secondary candidates with relevant experience can also apply.
