Job Description
- Team Supervision: Lead, train, and manage hub staff, logistics associates, or drivers, including shift scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance reviews. [1, 2]
- Operations & Workflow: Monitor incoming/outgoing shipments, bookings, or fleet deployment to ensure targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are met. [1, 2]
- Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee the receiving, packing, storage, stock updates, and dispatch of goods or track vehicle/equipment readiness. [1]
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce company standard operating procedures (SOPs), workplace safety regulations, and hygiene standards. [1, 2]
- Reporting & Problem Solving: Maintain daily management information systems (MIS), dashboards, Excel reports, and resolve real-time operational bottlenecks
