* Employee Relations: Resolving workplace conflicts, managing grievances, and conducting fair investigations.

* Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal workplace guidelines.

* Performance & Training: Coordinating appraisals, tracking career progression, and organizing staff development workshops.


Standard Requirements & Skills


* Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Commerce (with MBA or specialized certifications like SHRM-CP or CIPD preferred for senior roles).

* Core Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and proficiency with HR software or payroll systems.
